Structure

Bywise does not use the same structure as a traditional blockchain based on blocks and transactions. Bywise's structure is based on 4 main parts: Blockchains, Blocks, Slices and Transactions.

Each of these structures has peculiarities in order to increase security, decentralization and scalability.

In summary, the blockchain makes the junction of blocks and interoperability with other blockchains; the blocks, in turn, index the slices; the slices index the transactions and finally we have the transactions.
